What if I already set up my device?
If your device is already initialized, open Ledger Wallet and follow the prompts to add accounts. Never reset a device unless you have your recovery phrase safely backed up.
Where can I download Ledger Wallet?
Use the official Ledger download page linked above, or search for Ledger Wallet in your device’s official app store. Check that the publisher is Ledger before installing.
Can Ledger Support ask for my recovery phrase?
No. Never share your 24-word recovery phrase with anyone or enter it into a website, chat, or app. Ledger Support will never ask for it.
